The Rawyal Kitchen is delighted to bring you a unique online service in Singapore, giving you the option of ordering healthy, gourmet organic raw vegan meals and products all at the click of a button.  We also offer classes and demos to help educate you in leading a healthier, happier and more balanced lifestyle.

Raw vegan? Our menu is entirely plant-based, consisting primarily of fruits, nuts, seeds and vegetables and omits the use of dairy, sugar, gluten, animal products (besides honey and bee pollen) or processed ingredients. The food is kept in as natural a state as possible and nothing is ever heated over approximately 40-48 degrees Celsius to retain all enzymes, vitamins, minerals and flavour. Read more in Why Raw.

We are not a corporate catering company and do not mass-produce. We use only the freshest locally grown produce available, and all our meals are made ready to serve.

Each dish is artistically and dedicatedly crafted and takes time to prepare. We can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests per private dinner, and require at least one week's notice. We can also arrange canopy spreads for up to 30 people, but please note that a minimum of 1-2 weeks’ notice is necessary.

Please notify us of any allergies to nuts or other ingredients. We shall work with you to come up with alternatives.

Special orders and meal-plan options must be discussed, please fill out an enquiry form with your desired menu and we shall get back to you as soon as possible.

Raw simply means wholesome, unprocessed, untreated, uncooked, fresh and pure. We work with quality ingredients based primarily around fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouted grains and legumes, seaweeds, fermented items and Superfoods*.

We take these produce items and use them in their natural state, never heating them above 40-48 degrees Celsius so they retain all their nutrients and flavour without destroying their enzymes. Raw or ‘living’ foods have natural enzymes, which are critical in building proteins, rebuilding the body, and allowing for the optimum absorption of vitamins and minerals.

*Superfoods
Superfoods are a specific category of food that is extremely nutrient-dense and can have amazing health-giving and extraordinary medicinal properties. They are safe to consume and may contain concentrated forms of essential fatty acids, proteins, minerals, digestive and antimicrobial enzymes, antioxidants and vitamins, all of which fuel, repair and nurture the body.

Superfoods can be as simple as a blueberry or as exotic as the Vitamin C Camu Camu berry found in the Amazon. We incorporate a lot of these ingredients in our smoothies and menu to optimize the health-qualities of our food.

Please Note:
Initially when incorporating more raw and nutrient-dense foods into your lifestyle, some people might take longer than others to adjust to the positive health benefits. These might translate into temporary detox symptoms that will eventually pass once your body has cleansed and rid itself of all toxins. You may or may not experience some of these reactions: irritability, cravings, headaches, or digestive issues that are common yet will change as your body begins to purify itself.  Transitioning to raw food should be treated as a process, and if done correctly, the advantages can be extremely gratifying.

Some of the Benefits of Consuming Raw Food Include:
Weight loss, increased energy levels, improved mental and emotional health, better eyesight, detoxification, better brain function and memory, clear and ‘glowing’ skin, improved digestion and improved overall health. Raw Food also aids in the eradication of illness and disease.

Arianne’s passion in the kitchen began long before plant-based foods. She would spend hours observing her mother grinding herbs and spices, cooking and baking aromatic dishes, and on her own, began to create flavoursome and original meals. She then expanded to creating cakes, chocolates and treats, gifting them to friends and family, and hosting several-course dinner parties.

Embarking on a journey to both study about and lead a more healthy lifestyle, she began changing her views of food and the way it was prepared. It wasn’t until a quick trip and a friend’s introduction to ‘living cuisine’ that changed the way she felt about foods entirely.

Arianne has traveled all over the world attending raw food events and lectures. She has been following a raw food diet for many years now, hosted and catered to dinners and events, and taught a variety of demos and workshops. Her travels abroad have definitely intensified her palate and she tries to incorporate diversity and a broad range of flavours in all her creations.

She has a wide background in alternative medical therapies and is a certified Medical Herbalist. She also attended the Matthew Kenney Raw Chef Academy and holds certification.

She is an artist and motivator, and she strives to bring a new delicious and decadent take on what people consider to be just ‘health-food.’ Her target is to entice and invite everyone to explore a new world of refined ‘living cuisine’, while helping people transform their lives physically and emotionally.

I am very happy to recommend Chef Arianne. She is a very talented and creative upcoming young Chef who has a great future ahead of her. Her cuisine not only tastes terrific, it is very appealing to the eye - like art, appealing to all the senses - just looking at it makes you want to eat it. Definitely a rising star.

I recently sampled Arianne Uebel's home cooking and was extremely impressed. Having lived in Singapore for more than 14 years and being a huge lover of good food, I found the menu that Arianne created for her dinner party to be refreshingly different, wonderfully presented and best of all very healthy. Arianne's vast knowledge of food (she studied the subject for 3 years at college) helped us understand more clearly what we were eating and how each dish was prepared. Her passion in creating healthy menus using raw and organic ingredients without compromising taste or presentation would make her an asset in any organisation which plans to focus on this very niche market. As eating patterns are changing and more and more people focus on a healthier lifestyle, the idea of offering cooking classes and catering services for this new, hip and healthy way of life, is something which should be very encouraged in Singapore.

For our twins' special first birthday, I wanted an alternative to the usual, sugar-filled and unhealthy children's cakes. I was absolutely thrilled when Chef Arianne agreed to create an original and nutritious cake. Lavender is my favorite flower, and she managed to source organic lavender on short notice to create a yummilicious and memorable Blueberry Lavender cake, in the shape of two "1's." To add that special touch, she even came personally to deliver the beautiful cake, which no one could believe was 100% raw! We are very fortunate to have Chef Arianne in our community. She walks her talk, and her creativeness, ingenuity, and kindness shows in all of her amazing food creations. Each meal is a work of art and love. Definitely give The Rawyal Kitchen a GO! for your event or catering needs. Your faith will be rewarded, and your guests will be WOW-ed by the beauty, simplicity, yumminess, and of course, über-health value of The Rawyal Kitchen! Thank you, Chef Arianne, for sharing your amazing talents!!

I had the opportunity of a Private Raw food session with Chef Arianne. She tailor-made a class for me and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was extremely informative, we prepared many dishes together, and I would recommend this to anyone wishing to know more about a raw food diet or lifestyle as Arianne's background with alternative medicine allows for a deeper and more informative approach to any topic raised. She takes her time, is sensitive to your needs and answers all questions and more. I learnt so much and would love to join any future class again. Thank you very much Arianne and The Rawyal Kitchen!
